Biography
David Mungenast joined Hansen Reynolds LLC in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mungenast was a Senior consultant at CHI Systems/Superior Consultants, President of Southwestern Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, and Partner at MedEd Architects. Mr. Mungenast focuses on Chinese law and is one of the few Americans to have studied law in a Chinese law school. He has an extensive record of engagement with China, having advised numerous clients on both sides of the Pacific on strategic partnerships, legal and regulatory requirements, market positioning and other issues related to successful entry into the China and US markets.
