Lead associate representing a shareholder in a lawsuit against a prominent Wisconsin manufacturing company; resulted in a successful settlement of client’s claims related to the company’s treatment of client’s shares pre- and post-IPO.​​​​​

Lead associate for national manufacturing company in multi-party construction defect case venued in Johnson County, Iowa; resulted in multi-party settlement favorable to client. See Cantilever Hotels LLC, et al., v. Peak Construction Company, et al., Case No. LACVO76019 (District Court of Johnson County).

Lead appellate counsel challenging legally inconsistent jury verdict entered in Iowa circuit court; resulted in reversal of trial court and remand for new trial on the issue of damages in favor of client. See Henson v. City of Davenport, 826 N.W.2d 515 (Iowa Ct. App. 2012).

Member of trial team representing national manufacturing company in multi-party property damage case venued in Greene County, Illinois; resulted in jury verdict favorable to client. See Hamel Supply, Inc. v. T&M Trucking, et al., Case No. 2015-L-7 (Circuit Court of Greene County).

Regularly represented national manufacturing company in a wide variety of corporate matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex construction contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements.

Regularly represented retail electricity supplier in a wide variety of litigation matters.

Member of plaintiff’s trial team in numerous complex personal injury and professional negligence cases resulting in six and seven figure verdicts and settlements.

Member of trial team representing mother of three in failure to diagnose cancer claim; resulted in $1MM jury verdict in favor of client.

Assisted trial team in two week jury trial venued in Dallas, Texas; resulted in $4.33MM verdict in favor of client, the largest premises liability verdict in the State of Texas in 2009.
