Biography
Danielle Nardick joined Hansen Reynolds LLC as an Associate in 2015. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Nardick was a law clerk at Hansen Reynolds. Ms. Nardick focuses on complex commercial, construction, and appellate litigation.
Experience
Member of appellate team, and one of the primary drafters of briefs, defending substantial judgment for breach of fiduciary duties. Prevailed on appeal in both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Assisted in drafting brief before the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in connection with the representation of a national manufacturing company in an employment dispute with a former employee, resulting in a holding affirming summary judgment in favor of the manufacturing company.
