Biography

Sarah Ferguson is of counsel in the Madison office of Hansen Reynolds LLC. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ferguson was an associate at Troupis Law Office, a boutique law firm in Madison, which specialized in patent litigation and appellate work. Ms. Ferguson concentrates her practice on intellectual property litigation and business litigation.

Top 100 Verdicts of 2012, The National Law Journal (March 4, 2013) ($52 million jury verdict awarded to client Promega Corporation – regard to patent litigation involving foundational DNA identification patents in Promega Corp. v Life Technologies Corp.
