Danielle Nardick has over a decade of experience litigating complex corporate cases in state and federal courts across the country. She focuses on complex business disputes, construction litigation, intellectual property matters, and appellate litigation. Ms. Nardick has experience counseling clients on a variety of employment law matters as well as experience addressing electronic discovery issues.
Representing large Wisconsin manufacturer in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against its CGL insurers seeking “all sums” coverage of asbestos losses. Won an affirmative ruling on summary judgment that the insurers breached their policies.
Represented national materials supplier in a construction defect case in Wisconsin state court related to a multi-city infrastructure project.
Counsel for large construction company in multi-party product defect and repair case in Wisconsin state court, successfully negotiating a multi-party settlement.

Served as counsel in successful defense of national manufacturing company against age discrimination claim in the Southern District of Illinois. Summary judgment in client’s favor was affirmed by U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
