He has extensive experience handling litigation across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including antitrust law, construction law, contract law, federal civil rights claims, intellectual property, professional liability, products liability, and transportation law. Using his broad range of experience, Andrew excels at developing and executing particularized legal strategies at all stages of civil litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appellate practice.

Wrote significant portions of Waukesha County Trial Court decision applying the Economic Loss Doctrine in Hinrichs v. Dow Chemical, Case No. 2016CV1544; affirmed by both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court. Hinrichs v. DOW Chem. Co., 2020 WI 2, 389 Wis. 2d 669, 937 N.W.2d 37.
Successfully obtained summary judgment and was affirmed by the Iowa Court of Appeals in a premises liability lawsuit based upon application of Iowa common law limiting the duty of care owed in specific circumstances.
Obtained summary judgment and was affirmed by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a civil rights lawsuit brought in the Eastern District of Wisconsin based upon an alleged denial of medical treatment.
