Matthew (“Matt”) Leno provides practical legal advice that maximizes value, protects client technologies, and develops right-sized intellectual property portfolios. Matt draws upon his experience as a former patent examiner and decades of litigating IP matters to efficiently prosecute litigation-ready patents and portfolios that support his clients’ business needs and priorities.

Matt also represents clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark and trade secret matters as well as inter partes reviews to enforce his clients’ rights when business resolutions are not possible.

Matt represents clients from a variety of industries, including medical and dental devices, consumer packaging, lighting, air handling systems, energy recovery systems, cellphone technology, semiconductors, internet, information filtering technology, data communications, data storage, tracking systems and software, manufacturing and chemical processing.
