With a distinguished career spanning over two decades as a Milwaukee County Circuit Judge and extensive experience in civil and criminal trials, Jeff brings unparalleled expertise to his new role.
Throughout his career, Jeff has presided over an impressive 400 jury trials encompassing both civil and criminal cases. His wealth of experience extends beyond the courtroom, having also served as a Municipal Judge in the City of Glendale and excelling in private practice where he handled a diverse array of civil and criminal litigation matters.
Jeff’s dedication to alternative dispute resolution is evident in his recent endeavors. Over the past three years, he has mediated and arbitrated numerous civil matters, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted neutral party in resolving complex legal disputes.
With a certificate in Mediation from Northwestern University and memberships in prestigious organizations such as The American Bar Association (ADR Section), National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and American Academy of ADR Attorneys (where he serves as a Board Member). He is also a Certified Mediator for the Chicago Bar Association. Jeff is uniquely positioned to navigate the intricacies of commercial arbitration.
In his new role, Jeff will oversee a wide range of cases, including but not limited to:

- Insurance disputes covering coverage, bad faith, indemnity, and claims on CGI, Auto, and Homeowners Policies.
- Real estate litigation involving breach of contract, defective title, easements, foreclosure, condominium conflicts, covenants, and boundary disputes.
- Employment disputes, including covenants not to compete, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation claims, and benefit claims.
- Construction cases addressing breach of warranty, building defects, negligence, payment disputes, and defective design or construction.
- Transportation matters concerning DOT regulations, disputes over trucking rates, and accident claims involving autos, trucks, pedestrians, products liability, and safe place issues.
