Biography
Donald Jacquart joined Hansen Reynolds LLC in 2012. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jacquart founded the firms of Donald J. Jacquart, S.C. and Jacquart & Lowe, S.C., which together were in existence for over 40 years. Mr. Jacquart focuses his practice on civil litigation, specifically the areas of auto/motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, defective products and construction accidents.
EXPERIENCE
Member of plaintiff’s trial team in Bartolotta v. Nonex – securing a $3.55M settlement on behalf of workers injured in a flash-fire/explosion.
Renquin v. Norseman Trucking, Iowa, Winnebago County District Court- securing a $1.46M victory on behalf of a semi-truck driver and his wife.
Successfully settled a $3.5M medical malpractice case involving a botched surgery that left the Plaintiff paralyzed.
