Biography


Connie Fallucca joined Hansen Reynolds in 2021. She has spent her career counseling on a wide range of employment law matters. Following internships at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Milwaukee and New York City, where she assisted on the Commission’s largest sex discrimination case to date, she began representing employers exclusively.

Ms. Fallucca focuses on pre-litigation counseling; responding to state and federal administrative agency claims; in-house investigations; sexual harassment and discrimination; and medical leaves of absence. She has experience in drafting and reviewing employee handbooks; counseling regarding general employment-related issues and discipline and discharge decisions; FMLA administration; Department of Labor audits; I-9 audits and reductions in force.

She is a prolific speaker and has presented on subjects ranging from workplace investigations; the Family and Medical Leave Act; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Title VII; and legally compliant discipline and discharge. She leads general supervisory training as well as compliance training pursuant to EEOC consent decrees.

Ms. Fallucca is an AWI (Association of Workplace Investigators) certificate holder and holds a SHRM-CP certification (Society of Human Resources Management-Certified Professional).
